Registration Policies
Our seminars have limited seating and may fill up if you delay your registration. If a seminar is full please contact us to be put on a waiting list. Waitlisted customers will be notified of any vacancies, and registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. New sessions of full seminars will be added based on demand.

Payment Policy
Progress Seminars accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Check.

Registrations that are paid with credit card are confirmed immediately. If the registrant chooses to pay using a check, Progress Seminars must receive the full payment 3 or more business days prior to the course start date.

If payment is not received 3 or more business days prior to the course start date, the registrant will not be permitted to attend the event.

Registrations paying by credit card will be accepted up to the day before the event.

Registrant Initiated Cancellations or Transfers

If a cancellation is required, Progress Seminars Inc. will refund your registration fee in the same method that it was paid, or we can credit the fees towards a future seminar. If the registrant needs to transfer their registration to another course date, the transfer will be treated as a cancellation and re-registration, and will be subject to the same terms as a regular cancellation.

Cancellations requested 21 or fewer days prior to the seminar start date will be subject to a 15% administration charge. The remainder of the fees will be credited to a future seminar of the registrants choice.

If the registrant does not attend the course without providing written notice (no-show) all fees will be forfeited.

All cancellations must be received in writing to registrar@progress-seminars.com. All cancellation requests will be confirmed with an email reply.

Attendee substitutions are accepted without penalty. Notice of a substitution must be received in writing 24 hours prior to the course start time. All substitutions must be received in writing to registrar@progress-seminars.com.

Progress Seminars Course Cancellation

Progress Seminars Inc. has the right to cancel seminars due to low registration. If so this will be done 7 or more calendar days prior to the seminar start date. If a cancellation is required a full refund will be presented, or the fees will be credited to a future seminar of the registrants choice.

We will make every effort to notify each registrant of seminar cancellations prior to the seminar start date. To make this possible, please inform us of any changes in your contact information.

Upon registration, the registrant acknowledges that Progress Seminars Inc. will not be held liable for any charges or fees incurred due to the cancellation of travel or accommodation reservations. If you are concerned that a course will be cancelled, and you need to make your own schedule changes prior to 7 days in advance, please contact us at 403-467-9040, and we will provide you with the most up to date information.

To increase the likelihood of a course continuing as scheduled, we request that you register for a course at least 10 days or more in advance.

Progress Seminars Privacy Policy

Progress Seminars Inc. will run our business with our client's, customer's and instructor's privacy in mind. We will not share, sell or distribute the contact information of our clients or customers for any reason.

Instructor contact information is distributed to clients and customers upon permission of the instructor.
