Course Description
Participants will be provided with an interpretation of the MBTI® assessment tool including a personal copy of an interpretive report useful for increasing self-awareness related to communications, stress management, time management, decision making, leadership, and other important areas related to one’s personal and work / career environment.
Note: Participants will be required to complete an on-line MBTI® assessment tool in advance of the workshop. Instructions will be emailed to each participant by the facilitator with directions to complete the instrument within two days of the workshop delivery.

Course Outline 
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this half-day session, participants will be able to:
1. Describe differences in others concerning energy source, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle / orientation.
2. Increase self-awareness and confirm self-perception related to energy source, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle / orientation.
3. Describe one’s strengths and identify how to capitalize on those strengths in personal and business settings, therefore becoming more effective in various environments.

Instructor 
Jane Grant, CHRP, CMCAs an energetic and versatile Human Resources Management Consultant, Jane has over 25 years of experience in the design, facilitation, and evaluation of various training and development programs, including leadership development programs.
Jane’s passion and enthusiasm for the training and development area is evident in the facilitation of her highly interactive and engaging workshops. Jane’s participants have included those working in oil and gas, manufacturing, information technology, health care, government, education, engineering, not-for-profit, etc. Jane has also taught for many years at both the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University.
Jane is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Jane is a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
